Each course is carefully curated by Chef Travis to perfectly pair with these superb wines.


About Alan

Alan manages Foley Family Wines Marque Estate Wineries. The portfolio stretches from Oregon to Sonoma, Napa, Monterey, Santa Rita Hills, Alsace, Mendoza, Marlborough, and Central Otago New Zealand. Now in his ninth year with Foley Family Wines, his other responsibility is the management and development of our Import portfolio.

His experience in the wine industry started in 1990 at the E&J Gallo Winery. This led to various distributor management positions. The next chapter was the Director of Sales and Marketing for an Artisan Estate Winery in Mendocino. Prior to Foley, he spent twelve years at the Importing Company of Chateau Lafite-Rothschild and managed a portfolio of signature Estates around the world.

Living in Northern California, Alan is an avid cook and loves to experiment with Global cuisine with food and wine pairings utilizing local produce and staples. His travels have taken him around the world notably the vineyards of France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Argentina, Chile, and the USA’s West Coast.
