About Billie,
Billie Rolla is a Senior Wine Educator at Foley Family Wines, a portfolio of highly acclaimed wines from some of the world's greatest vineyards. She has worked with the Foley Family since 2019, creating and guiding guests and staff through educational and unique wine tastings and experiences.
Billie's passion for wine began with her studies in Mediterranean Archaeology, where she focused on ancient wine production. She moved to Santa Barbara to work harvest and earned her Level 3 Certification in Wine and Spirits Education from the Napa Valley Wine Academy and Wine & Spirits Education Trust in London. She is currently completing her Diploma certificate through the same institutions.
Billie is always eager to share her love of wine with others and help them learn more about this fascinating beverage. She is a passionate educator who is committed to providing her guests with a memorable and educational wine experience.
