Refund PolicyAll tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Item Transfer PolicyTickets may be transferred into another guest's name, in the event you are unable to attend. Original method of payment cannot be changed. Please email [email protected] for assistance. Name transfer requests made day of the event will be subject to availability. Transfers are not considered confirmed until a confirmation email is received from the sales team.
Age RestrictionEvent is 21+ only. A valid photo ID will be required upon entry - no exceptions. No refunds will be issued if entry is refused for failing to provide photo ID.
Miscellaneous PoliciesNo outside food or beverage is permitted. Beverages will be available for purchase inside the event space. Credit and debit accepted. No food will be served. 

No pets permitted. 

Overly intoxicated guests will be denied entry and/or removed from the event. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted. Failure to comply with our smoke and drug free policies will result in removal from the event. No refunds will be issued.

Onsite parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ridesharing is encouraged.
