Morning Yoga Flow with Isabel Loos

Start your weekend with some mindful movement. We’ll warm up slowly, build into a strong vinyasa flow, and finish off with some relaxing stretching. This well-rounded workout focuses on full-body strength, mobility, and alignment. Power up your core, and connect your mind and body to make sure you leave feeling grounded and balanced. All levels welcome.
